羽田空港で動物検疫を終えたティガーちゃん。

動画は、海外から日本へ到着したティガーちゃんを、パレットからペットタクシーの車内へ移動する瞬間です。

ティガーちゃんは、飼い主さんとは別便で、ドイツ経由のルフトハンザ航空に乗って日本へやって来ました。

大型犬の海外輸送は、決して簡単ではありません。

そして翌日、羽田空港で動物検疫を終えたティガーちゃんをお迎えし、ホテルまで送迎させていただきました。

長時間のフライト。
慣れない空港。
検疫後の移動。

車に乗り込んだティガーちゃんは、まだ少し緊張しているようにも見えました。

ホテルに到着してからは、車の後部座席をフラットにし、ケージの向きを慎重に調整。

パパと二人きりになれる時間をつくり、ティガーちゃんが落ち着いたタイミングで、ハーネスとリードを装着しました。

そして、車の外へ。

うれしそうに走り出すティガーちゃんの姿を見た瞬間、ご家族も、私たちも、胸をなでおろしました。

「無事に会えた」

その当たり前ではない瞬間に立ち会えたことを、心からうれしく思います。

This is Tigger after completing animal quarantine at Haneda Airport in Tokyo.

The video shows the moment we carefully transferred him from the airline cargo pallet into our pet taxi vehicle.

Tigger arrived in Japan separately from his owner, traveling via Germany on Lufthansa Airlines.

International pet transport, especially for large dogs, can be very challenging.

Available airlines, routes, crate size, destination, timing, and each country’s import rules can all affect whether a large dog can travel safely.

For many families, bringing a beloved dog back to Japan is not just a trip.
It is a long journey filled with preparation, worry, and hope.

Tigger’s owner arrived at Kansai International Airport the day before.

The next day, after Tigger completed animal quarantine at Haneda Airport, we picked him up and transported him safely to the hotel.

After a long flight, an unfamiliar airport, and quarantine procedures, Tigger seemed a little nervous at first.

Once we arrived at the hotel, we flattened the rear seat area of the vehicle and carefully adjusted the crate so that he could spend a quiet moment alone with his dad.

When Tigger became calm, his harness and leash were gently put on.

Then he stepped out of the vehicle.
